Do you offer Coworking?

Yes, we do! Access to our open coworking office area is just $150/month. If you’d like 24 hour access to the coworking area, 7 days a week you can add that on to your membership for an extra $50/month.To check out some photos of the coworking area you can click here, or even better, you could come in and book a tour to check out the cowork space in person! How much does on-site parking cost? Is there parking nearby in Chinatown?

We do not have on-site parking at the Chinatown office. There are several nearby parking structures and lots that we recommend. Mark’s Garage and Chinatown Municipal are the two most popular choices available, both just one block from the office. You can inquire with our office staff for more parking suggestions. If you ride your bike to work, there is bike storage inside the office that’s available for you.

Does Honolulu offer 24 hour access?

Hawaii Office Centers provides 24/7 after-hours access to the office. Co-working and virtual office members can get full access for just an extra $50/month. 24/7 access is included for all ‘private office’ members.

Is there a conference room available? How many people can it hold?

There is a large conference room that can seat up to 12 people. It can be booked by the hour, for a half-day or full day. If you’re planning a larger event or meeting, we have a beautiful event space that’s available. To come please contact us.

Can I host an event at the Honolulu office? What is the guest capacity?

You can host your event here! Our Chinatown event space is available after business hours for private events and a wide range of  functions. Our space is laid-back, flexible and perfect for any business event or get together. The guest capacity is about 100 people. How can I reserve a conference room or private office?

Our conference room and private offices can be booked by the hour, for a half-day or a full day. Space is available on a first come, first serve basis. All private office members get unlimited access to the conference room based on availability.

If you’re a co-working, virtual or day pass member you can use the conference room at member rates. To reserve a time for the conference room, please contact us.

Are printing services available as a member?

Printing, scanning, copying and faxing are available for all members of Hawaii Office Centers Chinatown. Once you’re a member, our friendly staff will give you instructions that will show you how to use our Xerox machine, will give you a personal copy code and will get you all set up.

Are there any restaurants, places to eat or attractions close to the office?

Hawaii Office Centers is smack dab in the middle of Chinatown’s “restaurant district”. To say there’s a ton of places to eat nearby would almost be an understatement. The office is (literally) right on top of five different restaurants.

From Mexican, to Yakitori, to fresh-pressed juices, to others… you just need to take a few steps from the office to get to any of the 5 eateries located in the building. We have a page to find out more info about each of these restaurants located in the office building.

In addition to these there’s a ton of other restaurants and bars within close walking distance. Including some of Honolulu’s best restaurants. You can always ask our friendly office staff for any recommendations based on what you’re feeling hungry for. Aside from all the food, Chinatown has an upcoming art scene, community events, and exciting nightlife. There’s always something fun going on within walking distance from the office!
